Six Week Wheel Throwing Class

Open to all skill levels. If you've never touched clay before or took that one class back in high school / college and always wanted to get back into it, this is the class you're looking for. I can accommodate up to six students at a time. We'll meet for 6 consecutive weeks, with one make up class available if life happens to get in the way.
 
I'll teach you the basics of centering, opening, pulling walls, and developing forms. Expanding on techniques from the single session. In the subsequent weeks this class will also cover trimming, joining, altering (lids, handles, and whatnot), surface design, and glaze technique. During this class you'll see your skills and personal clay skill aesthetic evolve markedly week to week. The sixth and final class is glaze day.
 
Everything will be fired and ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after the course is completed. I'll reach out with pickup information at that point. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have before signing up!
