Six Week Wheel Throwing Class

Open to all skill levels. If you've never touched clay before or took that one class back in high school / college and always wanted to get back into it, this is the class you're looking for. I can accommodate up to four students at a time. We'll meet for 6 consecutive weeks, with make up times available if life happens to get in the way.
 
I'll teach you the basics of centering, opening, pulling walls, and developing forms. Expanding on techniques from the single session, this class will also cover trimming, joining, altering (lids, handles, and whatnot), surface design, and color work. During this class you'll see your skills and personal clay aesthetic evolve markedly week to week, and it also tends to be pretty fun. The sixth class meeting will be spent glazing all your pots.
 
Everything will be fired and ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after the course is completed. I'll reach out to schedule a pickup time. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have before signing up!
